Notes from Frank:
"Jean and I are going to be celebrating out 60th wedding anniversary (Sept 21, 2009) soon. We are celebrating over the August 28 weekend. Our two sons and daughter are coming from New York State and Florida and wanted to do it before school starts. The invitation to our reception contains this photo taken at a NROTC Ball held in the armory at Brown University.
It was taken shortly before we were married. Jean was a senior at the Rhode Island School of Design, where she majored in fashion and design."
