"This is a Brown Pelican fishing in Key West. A Laughing Gull is perched on top waiting to steal any fish the pelican catches. Such behavior is call kleptoparisitism and is quite common throughout the animal kingdom. Even humans do it, as when you swipe a french fry when your friend isn't looking."
